"Providing For Your Family First, and the Oblates In the Future"
In your Will you can allocate property to whomever you want, while keeping the Oblates in
mind for the future. This is accomplished by creating a Charitable Remainder Trust.
How A Charitable Trust Works

(1) You transfer a portion of your estate into a Trust, which is created to provide
income for loved ones and a donation to the Oblates when your loved ones pass on.
(2) A percentage of the Trust is paid out to your loved one annually.
**Note: Payout percentage is determined by you.
(3) The Trust grows in value and passes without probate to the Oblates after the
beneficiaries pass on.
