How did you know you were called to your vocation?
It was a feeling early on that never went away but rather intensified and is still awesome.

Who had the greatest influence on you becoming an Oblate and why?
Oblates at the high school I attended, especially Bro. Jim Williams, OSFS, and Rev. Tom Norris, OSFS.

What do you feel has been the greatest blessing in your life?
My parents, 5 siblings, and 12 awesome nephews and nieces with grand nieces and nephews now!

What do you find most inspiring about our Catholic social teaching?
I think they are our finest documents that continue to speak and challenge us daily.

What captures your heart or imagination about the life of Jesus?
He was always and fully other-centered…the ultimate model.

How do you feel the Holy Spirit moving in the Church today?
In the hope and faith of all believers, especially in the youngest and the oldest members.

What is your favorite Bible story or passage?
Mary’s last words at Cana:  “Do whatever He tells you.”  Does she need to say anything more?

What is one skill you wish you had?
Musical talent…play piano or violin.
