	Executive Director Rev. Michael S. Murray, OSFS - mmurray@osfs.org: Executive Director: Michael is a native of Wilmington, Delaware. A graduate of Allentown College of St. Francis de Sales, the DeSales School of Theology, and the George Washington University in Washington, DC, Michael comes to the Center after serving for twelve years in secondary school leadership at The Salesianum School in Wilmington, DE and Northeast Catholic High School in Philadelphia, PA.
	Regional Director Ludy Rauber - is Regional Director for the Diocese of Arlington and the Archdiocese of Washington. Raised in Central New York, Ludy majored in English at the State University of New York in Plattsburgh. She is a full-time employee of a major contractor to the Federal government and brings business and management leadership experience gained during more than 30 years in the information technology field. Ludy has also served in leadership positions in various volunteer programs for charity. She is a parishioner at St. John Neumann Catholic Community in Reston, VA where she has served as President of the Pastoral Council. Ludy currently serves the parish as coordinator and small group facilitator for the Little Rock Scripture Study program, Minister of the Word, RCIA sponsor, and member of the adult education and Live Jesus 2004 and 2005 fundraising committees.
	Regional Director Rev. Alexander Pocetto, OSFS, is Regional Director for the Dioceses of Allentown and Harrisburg. Fr. Pocetto holds a B.A. in Philosophy, an M.A in French and a Ph.D. in French language and literature. After ordination he served nine years in secondary school education and administration in Niagara Falls, New York. In 1965 he joined the faculty at the Allentown College of St. Francis de Sales where, among many responsibilities, he served as chief academic officer for twenty-two years. He is presently Senior Vice-President at the now De Sales University in Center Valley, PA.
	Regional Director Mr. David J. Herrington - djherinton@aol.com: Regional Director for the Diocese of Venice. Dave and his wife Jane are members of St Cecilia's Catholic Community, Fort Myers, Fl. He holds degrees from the University of West Florida and the University of Southern California. In May 2002, he received a Diploma in Pastoral Theology from the Rice School for Pastoral Ministry in Venice, Florida. Prior to joining the Center in 1999, he was a Colonel in the United States Air Force serving in the USA, Europe, Southeast Asia and Greenland.
	Regional Director Susan M. Gardner is Regional Director for the Diocese of Wilmington and the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Mrs. Gardner holds a B.A in Fine Arts and an M.A. in Religious Studies. She has served nearly twenty-five years in secondary education, eighteen of them at the Salesianum School in Wilmington, DE where she continues to serve as Education Coordinator. In addition, she has spent many years working in catechesis and adult education. She is also a certified spiritual director.
