What was your favorite course you had in school, from grade school thru grad school?
Algebra …it was black and white, clear-cut…just the opposite of love, life and relationships.

Why is Salesian gentleness so important to you?
It helps us to welcome the other into your company. It also disarms another causing them to feel they are in safe space.

If you were asked to select a motto by which to live - other than De Sales’ Live Jesus, what would it be?
God doesn’t make junk.

What do you miss about living in a time when there was less technology? Why?
We communicated better in a one-on-one relationship. We were more relaxed, less task driven.

Pope Francis continues to both inspire and challenge. What is most inspiring about him and what is most challenging?

His humanity admits of weakness and mistakes. His trust and fidelity allows God to genuinely live within him.

Of all the gifts friends and family have given you, what is a favorite?
Their love and support which binds us together without question.

On a bad day, how do you make it a little better?
Check in with a loved one, especially my awesome nephews and nieces. I’m blessed!

What is a favorite scripture quote or passage?
”Do whatever he tells you.”
