Mike Sicilia
From Mayfair and Father Judge High School to the helm of one of the world’s largest technology companies, Mike Sicilia’s journey is a story of ambition, perseverance, and values.
Sicilia will reflect on the people and experiences that shaped him—from Our Lady of Consolation Parish to the streets of Northeast Philadelphia—and share how those early lessons continue to guide him as CEO of Oracle Corporation.
Since joining Oracle from Primavera Systems in 2008, Mike has held several leadership positions and was pivotal in delivering industry-specific cloud and embedded AI solutions that empower organizations to adapt and innovate. He also managed some of Oracle’s most strategic acquisitions, delivering critical new offerings to customers. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Saint Joseph's University.

The Oblates of St. Francis de Sales Business Network offers opportunities for spiritual and professional growth for Gospel-minded people in the spirit of St. Francis de Sales. The Network hosts Networking Breakfasts, Happy Hours, Lenten Retreat & Rev. William A. Guerin, OSFS, Memorial Dinner Dance!
Continuing the work of the beloved Fr. Bill Guerin, OSFS, the Business Network is designed for business professionals to connect with each other to build and deepen relationships. Just as “Fr. G” did the men and women of the Network support each other’s professional and spiritual growth.
The Network also raises funds to support retired and infirm Oblates of St. Francis de Sales.
